The Valli Cupe Regional Park is located near Sersale, in the Presila of Catanzaro, in an area of great natural interest. The area includes waterfalls and canyons, ancient trees, botanical rarities and monoliths.

Nestled between the mountains of the Sila and the Ionian coast, the town of Rossano overlooks the surrounding area from a position that has always made it of one Calabria's important strategic locations.

It was established in 1997 and covers about 74.000 hectares of biodiverse mountainous territory hidden by forests, woodlands and meadows.

Located on the Ionian coast of Calabria, Isola di Capo Rizzuto is one of the region's main seaside destinations, offering itineraries of rare beauty. The town sits on a promontory that stretches out into the sea and is characterized by steep, rugged cliffs, small coves, and fine sandy beaches.

Not far from the city are the Capo Colonna Archaeological Park and the Capo Rizzuto Nature Reserve, a seaside area renowned for its beaches surrounding the islet on which the fortress of Le Castella is built. The park takes its name from the single standing column that remains from the ancient Temple of Hera Lacinia.

The fortress known as the Castle of Charles V is one of the most impressive and evocative in Southern Italy. It does not enclose an empty space but traces a quadrangular profile around the upper slopes of a hill, fortifying them and strengthening the corners with two circular towers and two polygonal bulwarks. It is the emblem of the historical memory of the Crotone people, as it was the site of the Greek acropolis, then of the Roman arx and later of the medieval fortifications.
